Email your video to contact@fantasyscaping.com (or link to a file sharing platform where we can download your video) by 31 July 2024. The chosen champions need only journey to Tarapoto, Peru. From there, we shall escort you to the sanctuary of Pueblo Colorado, where you’ll be treated to a feast for the senses and a restful haven—all without spending a single gold piece, so you can focus solely on your game.

Terms & Conditions

  • Terms: The promotor of this contest is Fantasyscaping, a brand of TierraMitica S.A.C Peru (referred to as "us", "we" or "our"), the applicant or the winner is referred to as "you" in the case of the individual submitting their application or the "party" which refers to all members who will be accompanying the winner to the retreat.     
  • Eligibility: The competition is open to anybody aged 18 or older. All members of the winning party must be aged 18 or older at the time of attending the retreat. By entering this competition the entrant and their party accept to be bound by these terms & conditions.  
  • Applications: Video applications should demonstrate that the video has been created for specifically for this gaming retreat competition by including the words “Citadel Fury” in the video submission. Applications will be accepted by email to contact@fantasyscaping.com, applicants can either send a video file or a download link from a file sharing service. 
  • Closing date: The closing date for entries will be 31 July 2024. 
  • Party size: The maximum party size for the winning team is 10 people. Citadel Fury can seat up to 10 people (9 players and one game master). If the winning party comprises of fewer than 10 players, they can bring additional guests to bring the total group size to 10 people if they wish.  
  • Travel to Tarapoto: The winning party is responsible for travel from their home country to Tarapoto, Peru. We are in no way responsible for any travel arrangements for your party to reach Tarapoto, Peru.  
  • Transfers: We will collect the party from Tarapoto, either directly from the airport or from your hotel and bring you to our premises. At the end of your stay we will return you to Tarapoto, either to your hotel or to the airport. 
  • Dates of prize: We will decide the dates of the prize directly with the winner based on a mutual agreement.  
  • Accommodation and meals: The winner will receive up to 6-nights' accommodation at Pueblo Colorado inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner and unlimited use of Citadel Fury for the duration of the stay. Meals will be buffet style with options to cater for dietary requirements. Tea and coffee will also be provided to the party throughout the day. Soda and alcohol will not be provided however we can make arrangements to provide this for an additional cost with prior arrangement. 
  • Transportation: We are located in a remote location approximately 40km from the city of Tarapoto and accept responsibility to bring you to our premises and return you to Tarapoto at the end of the retreat. Transport to Tarapoto or any other location during the visit will only be available in case of an emergency or part of a day trip incorporated into the retreat. 
  • Amendments to the competition: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible. 
  • Selection of the winner: We will select the winner based on the level of creativity and depth of role playing in their submission video. The winner will be notified by email within 7-days of the closing of the competition. Our decision will be final and all matters with respect to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • Privacy of your data: You agree for us to use your application video in any publicity material, as well as your entry. Any personal data relating to you or your party will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation in the country of the application and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
